Based on my n of 1, eating twice as often does drive weight loss provided you eat half as much. For a meaningful test, you’d need different frequencies with identical summed calories, right? Easy to do if you’re cutting your lunch burrito in half and eating the rest mid-afternoon and hard to do if you’re making trips to the kitchen so I get your point. But your analysis lacks rigor which makes your tirade a little intemperate.
