No need to reduce minimum wage. Just let it wither. And classify your employees as contractors. Or only hire folks part time so you avoid benefits and employees need 2 or 3 jobs. Let taxpayers pick up the slack.

Unions are a good benchmark indicator of wage earners ability to push back. Much of the benefit comes to folks that aren't actually in the unions.
