I have tried using extensive research, ie typing the artist name into Spotify, to listen to all the albums mentioned here. At first I feared I'd be all the way down to Sumthin Terrible in #19 before finding a match but hit paydirt with the menacing looking clown dude.

First surprise, where I expected him to shred in some sort of atonal free jazz assault, he's actually 50's bebop. More surprising, he's played with Stan Kenton, Benny Goodman, etc. (Okay, in this case, I added Wikipedia to Spotify.)

The star on this list, though, is De Kermisklanten who are actually an according playing couple. The female is that one with 3 eyes. First album is from 1969 and most recent 2021. The sound is accelerated skating rink ala Wallace and Gromit's The Wrong Trousers on meth.
