You have some good points but I don't think the behaviors the author describes (talking over the top of someone, excluding them from public conversations, hitting on someone repeatedly in a way that makes them uncomfortable) are really pointers to men's vulnerability. And, frankly, her approach (taking the student aside for a 1x1 conversation, describing the behavior and its impact, not making a public case out of it) shows the male students an enormous amount of empathy. What would you like empathy to look like in this situation? Or are you arguing that sort of behavior should get a pass?
